prices are quoted and agreed to prior to pick up. any change in travel agreement may result in extra costs.
A 50% security deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance to be paid in full before the day of travel.
A full refund will be given with up to and no less than 14 days notice.
a refund may be given after 14 days at our discretion.
All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and respectful manner. We reserve the right to expel any person from the vehicle and or terminate the contract if any of these conditions are violated.
The hirer is responsible for any soiling or damage by his or her guests to the vehicle. This is including but not limited to such things as gum, alcohol spillage and damage to equipment. Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of $300.00.
No food or drink to be consumed in vehicle
No smoking is allowed in the vehicle.
We do not take responsibility for any personal items held by passengers or any items left in the vehicle during or after completion of service.
The greatest of care will be taken by us to arrive at the agreed pick up and drop off point at the agreed time, but we hold no responsibility for delay caused by but not limited to traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect information or acts of nature beyond our control.
